The project started on social media at the end of May. One evening, 19-year-old Ramzi Kerouicha told his mother, Sabiha Merabet, that he was planning to sell smoothies on Snapchat.
"She looked at me, then she said :" Perfect, tomorrow we will go to the wholesaler ", says the young man. Both prepared prototypes and took photos in anticipation of a launch the next day on the social network. From the first night, everything was sold in an hour and a half. Three months later, the results were so conclusive that Ms Merabet and her husband quit their respective jobs to open a restaurant.
